Heather Williams-Cavaretta is the owner/operator of H. Williams, LLC; and co-owner of C&W Customs. Heather is currently serving as a strategic business partner to the clients of H. Williams, LLC; and assisting in the management of the administrative, safety, and quality functions of C&W Customs (a custom millwork installation and trim carpentry company). Heather earned her doctorate in Human Resource Education and Workforce Development with a PhD. Minor in Statistics from LSU. She has over eleven years of experience working in many facets with manufacturing organizations, three years with maritime companies, over three years working municipalities and parish government; and over six years of experience consulting across multiple industries and state level government. She also has served as a junior high school teacher, an instructor, adjunct professor, instructional designer, and trainer across multiple industries and universities. Heather has four referred journal articles, eight referred conference proceedings, and has presented to local, national and international audiences. She has served as a sub-committee chair for AWO, board member for Tangipahoa Parish Economic Development and Amite City Chamber, and president of Amite City Chamber.
